Honda HA-420 HondaJet

Honda HA-420 HondaJet is the first general aviation aircraft developed by the Honda Motor Company. This plane is a light private jet, designed by the Japanese Honda company and built in the United States. HondaJet is categorized as "very light jet".

HondaJet is Honda's first commercial aircraft with a body using lightweight composite materials and aluminum reinforced wing. His trademark is the configuration of the engine mounted on the wings.

The engine itself uses two engines unit GE Honda HF120 turbofan jet designed to improve performance with fuel efficient by reducing barriers to aerodynamics.

Aircraft that can accommodate six passengers have a wing span of 12.15 meters with a total length of 12.71 meters. HondaJet has a cruising speed of 778 km / h with the ability to roam as far as 2,593 km.

Airframe designed to reduce cabin noise either while in the air or when mergerak above street level, while delivering additional space and greater cargo capacity.

Inside the cockpit there is a Garmin G3000 avionics system Honda-customized with landscape format 14-inch display and dual touch-screen controllers.

HondaJet has completed a series of tests such as crew-seat crash tests, speedbrake testing, full load test, EASA windshield bird-strike testing, wind tunnel icing tests, night lighting testing to test extreme weather.
